Hummus Wrap it Up

1. Grab your tortilla of choice (so many to choose from; how about whole weat?)

2. Spread generous amount of hummus over the surface, add a host of your favorite fresh produce such as lettuce, tomatoe, green peper or cucumber (or try some new fruit or veggie!).

3. Roll up as tidly as possible, cut into creative, zany shapes and eat them until they or your appetite are gone.... whichever comes first!
