Banana Latte


1. Slice and freeze two ripe bananas (can be done before workout).

2. Place bananas, 1 cup frozen yogurt/ice-cream, 1 cup of milk,
and 3 tbsp instant coffee granules in a blender.

3. Liquify but not destroy (just kidding) to desired frothines. Sprinkle cinnamon of top if desired. Now you are pumped up!!!
