Glazed Pear Slices With Sorbet

1. Core and cut 3 Bosc (or your favorite) pears into 8 wedges. Cook on medium heat in melted butter with 3 tbsp sugar for about 10 minutes or until tender.

2. Remove pears and set aside on serving plates. Add 1/2 cup of apple juice to pan, bring to a boil and cook until sauce is reduced to about 3 tbsp, stirring frequently.



3. Drizzle the sauce over pear slices, add sorvet if desired.
