Minty Lime Watermelon

1. Cut one chilled, seedless watermelon into two-inch thick slices, then cut into quarters, arrange on plate.

2. Chop 1/2 bunch of fresh mint, add the juice squeezed from 2 limes, and the zest of 2 limes, sugar to your liking and stir together.

3. Drizzle the mint-lime sauce over the watermelon slices for a taste sensation. Take it with you in your cooler and enjoy at the park.
