Pita Pocket Packed with Produce

1. Slice up some tomatoes, onions, peppers, lettuce and/or as many of your favorites as you wish.

2. Stuff the above with your choice of lunch-meats (or not if you don't eat meat) into a big 'ole pita pocket.

3. Top with Tzatziki sauce, or your favorite dressing. Garnish with parsley and eat them all gone.
